Rules And Regulations

  1. The School makes every endeavour to consistently help children to perform better as such all students are expected to show steady progress. If a student performs poorly inspite of all help he/she shall be liable for any action deemed necessary by the Principal.
  2.  A student repeating the same class shall have to quit the school and make room for another child more interested and capable in studies.
  3.  Children shall leave the School premises only with proper authority from the Principal. Any child leaving the school campus without permission, shall do so at the parent’s risk and responsibility. He shall also render himself liable to serious disciplinary action and possible expulsion.
  4.  Students are not permitted to keep any money and any digital devices with them. If parents desire to send something related to, it must be deposited with the Accountant/Head Clerk or the House-Master with the prior permission from the Principal.
  5.  All assessments and promotions shall be based on cumulative performance of the student through out the year.
  6.  With a view to impress the importance of discipline, overstay of leave shall be liable to a fine, the rate of which will be determined by the School authorities according to the seriousness of the offence.
  7.  All students are Expected to reflect high moral qualities. Sufficient guidance will be rendered to channel the child’s conduct towards honest life. If any child persists with any antisocial act he shall be liable to serious disciplinary action as deemed fit by the Principal.
  8.  If the Parents desire that their child should not be permitted to meet any person other than those whose photographs are attached in the admission form then they must ensure that a special endorsement is made in he admission form and counter-signed by the Principal.
  9.  Parents are advised NOT to leave any valuables in the possession of children. If done, the school shall not be responsible for their safety.
  10.  Parents leaving their child in the school campus for the first time must appreciate that the child will feel uneasy to begin with, but will soon adapt to the new environment. Frequent visits can hinder the settling-in-process.
  11.  In the interest of the student, correspondence received by him/her will be subject to selective censorship or checking.
  12.  All school dues should be paid on due dates. Failing this, a fine of will be imposed for every delayed installment.Parents who become consistent defaulters will be asked to withdraw their child/children. Such a practice saps the efficiency of the institute.
  13.  The Principal can ask the parent to withdraw their child if he feels that the child’s presence has bad influence on others. The principal may also remove a child from the school whose parents/guardian misbehaves with the school staff.
  14.  During the Parent - Teachers - Meet all parents are required to visit the school accompany with their children.
  15.  Letters regarding fees, accounts, academics, welfare or complaints should be addressed to the principal. In all correspondence, the student’s admission number and class must be mentioned.
